I planned to write something smart today. I chose sleep instead. This might be the smartest thing I did in a while. Here’s a photo of me & my dog looking all artsy and fabulous instead.

My smart photo frame made out of an old iPad got stuck on this picture for the 3rd time in a week. I feel like it’s trying to tell me something.
Today I learned that when Artur’s grandparents were getting married, grandma took all of her husband’s old photos that were from, of, or with other girls, and put them together in a nice album titled “My husband and his devotees”. Now that’s what you call a badass move.
I have no words to describe this otherworldly symbiosis of nature, art, and technology. The photos will have to speak for themselves. If you ever have a chance to visit Singapore, this is a must.
This is probably the most famous place in Kyoto, a Shinto shrine surrounded by thousands of orange gates covering an entire hill. It gets pretty crowded near the entrance, but the further you climb up the top, the less people you’re going to meet on the way. Just like in life.
